SWEDED???
Sweded actually does not relate to the country sweden or the turnip plant, it is much more easier than what you would think. It is a summarized version of popular films with limited budgets and a video recorder, its process is called sweding, and when the film has been completed it has been sweded.
This originates from the Michel Gondry film "Be Kind Rewind", the movie character Jack accidentally erases the videotapes at Mos Def's rental store, the pair then have to remake the movies themselves. These kind of movies became popular with customers, they were told they take long to arrive and are expensive because they come from Sweden, that's why the films are said to have been sweded. This films get erased and recreated, they are unedited with one take per scene. The director also sweded a version of the trailer to the film. The film's YouTube channel encourages filmmakers to create sweded version of popular movies.
Sweded has been accepted as a slang term for a cheap spoof remake of any film or trailer.
